Next, we'll sit down together to delve into the details - your block, location and design dreams. Whether you bring completed plans or would like to explore design options, we'll collaborate closely to ensure your plans fulfil your requirements and respect your desired budget.
We will provide a quote based on the plans supplied. Once agreed upon, we can proceed to sign a fixed-price contract. Our HIA contracts offer the flexibility to choose your own inclusions from our trusted suppliers, allowing your home to be built according to your tastes rather than a list of pre-selected builders items.
Our team can assist with DA and CDC submissions. Once plans are approved and deposit paid, building work can commence!
We will communicate with you throughout the build process, including critical stage inspections and walk throughs.
Completion! Final walk through and handover of your new home.
